ALPINE
MEDIA TRAINING WORKSHOPS

Orchard
News Briefings offers an entertaining and informative
workshop-seminar, lifting the lid off the work of specialist journalists working
at Alpine sports events.
The briefing, which is supported by ONB's exclusive,
filmed interviews with some of the world's leading winter sports athletes and
journalists is tailored for university media students.
We can travel to campus venues and provide undergraduates and
postgraduates with some insider-tips from globe-trotting professionals currently
working in the business, and travel journalists wishing to cover particular events.
For
sports journalism students inspired by the recent 2018 Winter Olympics, now is
the time to find out what goes on behind the scenes at an exciting Alpine downhill
race, a bone-crunching ice-hockey game, a world-class curling competition and
a high-speed bobsleigh descent.
As
an added bonus, students attending the talk receive a complimentary copy of ONB's
guide book to the Alps - 'Now Ski and Snowboard Switzerland'.
Sports journalism tutors are requested to contact Orchard News Briefings for more information..
